Our Financial Policy

You are responsible for the fees pertaining to your procedure. A pricing quote may be withdrawn, without notice, unless surgery has been booked. One-quarter (25%) of Dr. Gaboriau's fee is due at the time surgery is booked. The remainder of Dr. Gaboriau's fee, as well as the anesthetist's fee (when applicable) is due at the time of the pre-op appointment. No exceptions will be made. No surgery date will be reserved without 25% payment. Payments are final and nonrefundable after surgery has been performed.

**Anesthesia fees need to be paid separately by check or cash.
*Surgical fees may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your surgery once it has been booked, 10% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a cancellation fee. If you cancel your surgery less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date of surgery, 25% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
