Financial Policy

Office Appointments / Procedures

  • Payments for cosmetic services are due, in full, at the time of the appointment.
  • Co-pays for services being submitted to insurance are due at the time of the appointment.
  • Any co-insurance/deductibles, per your insurance carrier, are your responsibility and are due within 30 days of notice.
  • All outstanding invoices of 60+ days will be automatically sent to collection without notice.
  • A $25 fee may be assessed for any appointment cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Surgical Procedures

  • You are responsible for all co-pays and/or co-deductible and/or deductibles per your insurance carrier.
  • Prior to your surgery, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost you will be responsible for, including deductible, copay and co-insurance. Fifty percent of this fee will be due at the time of your pre-op appointment.
  • Any co-insurance/deductibles, per your insurance carrier, are your responsibility and are due within 30 days of notice.
  • All outstanding invoices of 60+ days will be sent to collection.
  • A 10% discount will be applied to your entire first, post-surgical purchase of medical spa services and skin care products from our medical spa.

Cosmetic Surgery

  • You are responsible for all fees pertaining to your procedure(s).
  • Pricing quotes may be withdrawn, without notice, unless surgery has been scheduled.
  • The totality of surgical fees may be paid in cash, check or credit card at the time of the pre-op appointment. Payments are final and nonrefundable after surgery has been performed. No exceptions will be made.
  • Anesthesia fees, when applicable, need to be paid separately by check or cash at the time of the pre-op appointment. No exceptions will be made.
  • Should you schedule 2 cosmetic surgeries to be performed on the same day, 10% will be deducted from the least expensive procedure.
  • A 10% discount will be applied to your entire first, post-surgical purchase of medical spa services and skin care products from our medical spa.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your surgery once it has been scheduled, 10% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a cancellation fee. If you cancel your surgery less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date of surgery:
  • 25% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a cancellation fee
  • 0.5% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a processing fee
  • 3.2% of the full surgical fee will be assessed as a credit card processing fee should you have paid with a credit card at the time of the pre-op appointment.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
