Kathy Czajka
Office Manager
Kathy has been the Sammamish Center Office Manager since 2003. She was employed previously as an office manager for a group of plastic surgeons, as manager of a large customer service department, and as a stay-at-home mother for several years.
Kathy and her family have lived in Sammamish since 1987, where she has been active in the community throughout the years. Her activities have included coaching soccer and Little League, working on PTSA-related projects, and doing volunteer work in the local schools.
Raihana Mahan
Licensed Clinical Aesthetician
Raihana graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in 2004. Consistently receiving the highest grades in her class, she received recognition awards for product knowledge and service.
Raihana is a Licensed Aesthetician and professional make-up artist in the State of Washington and has extensive experience as a beauty advisor for several cosmetic lines. As a graduate of the Euro Institute, Raihana has a wide range of knowledge and skills, both technical and holistic. Her areas of expertise include skin analysis, Ayurvedic skin typing, aromatherapy, nutrition, detoxification, European facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, photofacial therapy, laser hair removal, acne treatments, facial and body waxing, and lash and brow tinting.
Teresa Owens, R.N.
Teresa is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University. She is experienced in both minor and major surgeries. Teresa's work has been in the areas of cardiology, intensive care, transitional care, diabetes education and research, medical software research, quality assurance, nursing education and supervision. She is currently certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Janie Dufault Yakovlevitch, ARNP
In 1999, Janie graduated from the University of Washington Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program. For the last few years she has worked in a vascular surgery practice, both assisting in surgery and managing patients with arterial and venous problems, including varicose and spider veins. Janie is the proud mother of a grown son, and when not working in medicine, she has a business creating flame worked glass art jewelry and beads. Her other interests include scuba diving, yoga, cooking and outdoor sports.
