Procedure details: This young lady came to see me because she didn't like the profile of her nose. The procedure included: a cartilage graft at the level of the dorsum as well as rasping the "hump." Since the nose was also "off" the mid-line, bilateral osteotomies (cutting the bones) were performed to place the nose mid-line. The tip rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the width of it.
